Max is a handsome 2-year-old white male cat with big soft black spots and a beautiful medium-length coat. He recently came into our care after his former owner had to surrender him due to allowing him to free roam outdoors.
While many people don’t realize it, free roaming is extremely dangerous for cats. Outdoor cats face constant risks from traffic, predators, harsh weather, toxins, and disease—and sadly, many don’t live long, healthy lives because of it. Max is safe now, and we are committed to helping him find a home where he will be cherished indoors, where he can truly thrive.
Right now, Max is a little shy and understandably scared as he adjusts to all the changes he’s been through. With patience, a calm environment, and gentle reassurance, his true personality will shine through. He’s the kind of cat who just needs someone willing to go at his pace and show him that he’s finally safe.
Max is currently staying at the Best Friends Animal Hospital Adoption Habitat in Great Falls. If you’re looking to give a deserving cat a second chance—and a safe, indoor life—Max may be the perfect match.
