Wally is a neutered adult male that was found on property behind Walmart. He had previously been neutered and declawed on his front paws. Wally was very timid initially when asking for help from a family. The family didn’t give up and kept feeding him in the frigid cold and putting out bedding for him. One day, Wally had enough.
