Brighton

Brighton is a handsome young black cat whose story began on a vacant property on the northwest side of Great Falls, where he and his littermates were rescued and given the chance to grow up safe, loved, and cared for.

Now about a year old, Brighton has spent most of his life in a loving foster home learning that people can be kind and that home can be a safe place. He is a thoughtful, observant boy who likes to take in his surroundings before deciding he is ready to join in. Once he feels comfortable, his playful and sweet personality begins to shine.

Brighton enjoys toys, spending time with other cats, and the companionship of feline friends. He gets along well with other cats and small, calm dogs, and would prefer a home with another friendly cat he can bond with and look to for comfort and confidence.

While Brighton has made wonderful progress since his rescue, he can still be cautious with new people and unfamiliar environments. He is looking for a patient family who understands very shy cats and knows that trust can take time.

A calm, quiet home without children would be the best fit for Brighton, giving him the space and consistency he needs to continue building confidence at his own pace. With patience, understanding, and lots of love, Brighton has so much potential to become a wonderful and deeply cherished companion.
