Baila is a beautiful young black cat rescued from a vacant property on the northwest side of Great Falls along with her siblings. Her name means “to dance,” and while she may not be the first to rush up and introduce herself, there’s still a playful spirit behind those cautious eyes.
Now about a year old, Baila has spent many months learning that people can be safe and kind. She continues to make progress but is still a shy girl who needs time to feel comfortable in new situations and with new people. Beneath that quiet exterior is a sweet young cat simply looking for someone willing to let her move at her own pace.
Baila gets along well with other cats and small, calm dogs and is currently waiting for her forever home at the Great Falls PetSmart habitat. She would do best in a calm, patient home without children—one that understands that sometimes the most rewarding friendships are the ones that take a little extra time.
