Scrappy
This poor kitty was found by the road near 17th Street and 2nd Avenue North by a Good Samaritan. They brought him indoors to keep him for the night. They contacted Pet Paw-see and he was taken to our veterinarian for care. Scrappy was struggling to breathe. He was found to be at least 10
